No matter what it was, she was on it. I am not over-exaggerating when I say that if we hadn't hired her, our day would have been a disaster. Seriously. There's not enough room here to list out all the times and ways she saved the day. Kelly is a true pro, and we couldn't be more grateful to her!!!
From the beginning, she was so prompt and helpful with every question we had. She was so patient and kind throughout the whole process, even when things did not go as expected or were stressful! She always found a way to ease any concerns that we had or smooth out any bumps we came across...
She made sure the day ran smoothly and helped keep my nerves calm. She was leaving before the end of the wedding and still packed up all our gifts and ceremony decor prior to leaving. I am so happy we had her for the day of as she made it soooo much easier for me! If you need a day of coordinator I would highly recommend Kelly!
Kelly spent time talking to us before the wedding to make sure she understood everything we needed and to help us make decisions regarding timeline and order. She even took all the decorations and gifts for us after the wedding and gave them to us the next day. It was so nice not to have to worry about any of those details the day of the wedding. She wrangled families for the rehearsal, ceremony, and pictures; she handled the logistics from creating a floor plan to setting up decor to packing everything up for us (she even brought in her own plants to decorate the reception space!); she had drinks in our hands as soon as the ceremony was over. I cannot describe what a relief it was to be able to hand everything over to Kelly on our wedding day and know it was going to get handled. The weather forecast was very iffy leading up to our day, and she came up with backup plans for everything in about 30 seconds. Plus she's just an awesome person!
Kelly gets it done and she's the nicest badass you will ever meet! Bridal suite didn't have AC...Kelly goes and borrows her in-laws fan. Family missing for pictures... moments later she appears! Wedding party had a few drinks and not paying attention...Kelly in a polite sternness gets them to together. Me the stressed bride... Kelly: "Here's a drink". Lovely, professional, and when I say I wouldn't have made it through my wedding without her it's no exaggeration. Very thankful we found her!
As a DIY bride with a limited budget, I went back and forth a million times regarding whether I really needed a day of coordinator. I finally took the plunge and scheduled an intro call with Kelly to learn more about her services. Needless to say, she had me hooked in the first 5 minutes. Not only is she warm and personable, but she literally thinks of all of the things that would have never even cross my mind. Early on, my biggest dilemma was trying to figure out a quick transition from my ceremony to the reception since it was all happening in the same space. After discussing for a few minutes, Kelly sent me a complete mock up layout of our venue that addressed all my concerns.
The best part of choosing The Wedding Ninja as our coordinator was Kelly, herself. She is incredibly friendly, funny, and easy to work with. She is highly organized, quick to respond to emails, and makes herself very available to her clients. She was on top of all of the details throughout the entire planning process, and my wife and I were completely confident that our wedding would go smoothly with Kelly helping us run things.
